Description: Having served as a board member for three years, I led initiatives to teach members about complex biological terms and diverse healthcare pathways. My leadership focused on making health education accessible and engaging for my peers.

I apply the same principles I taught in the club—such as understanding human biology and the physiological impact of ingredients—to help Gen Z recognize how traditional South Asian spices like turmeric and ginger serve as functional medicine for the body and mind. This role allowed me to advocate for a deeper awareness of mental health and nutrition through a clinical and community-focused lens.
